    Kaiāwhina will work alongside whānau who meet assessment criteria to transition from a place of crisis and/or distress towards wellbeing. Wrapping the necessary services and support around whānau experiencing complex barriers to assist them in achieving whānau goals and to achieve better outcomes in areas including mental health, hauora, education, housing, employment, improved standards of living, cultural identity.

  • Mana Ake Kaiāwhina

    Hokitika | Permanent/Full Time | Applications Close 29th August 2025

    Mana Ake is a school-based wellbeing program working with tamariki/children across all primary and intermediate school grades (years 1-8) and their whānau. It aims to equip tāmariki with the necessary skills to navigate experiences such as grief, loss, parental separation. Additionally, the program provides guidance, advice, and workshops for parents, whānau, and kaiako (teachers).
